Is feeling neutral a form of depression?!

Question: Is feeling neutral a form of depression?
I feel neutral like nothing gives me pleasure or dissatisfaction. Is this a form of depression? How can I get out of this state without resorting to drugs(meds).

Answers:

Yes, apathy and an emotional numbness can definitely be a part of depression.Talk therapy could be helpful to teach you how to feel something again. But if that is your only symptom, you might just be bored with life and need to try something new to pull out of a rut.

No, it's just like zero when water freezes - that's neutral. Depression would be absolute zero - when entropy reaches minimum level. Get a hobby? Meaning in life? Travel?
