Try to talk with someone you trust and share your feelings. You should be able to feel better.
Well if you have the same timezone as me you should go to bed =/ try some tea or some milk. Stay away from sugar caffiene and chocolate. Soup is nice. Maybe try a shower or a nice long bubble bath too?
Try not to let things stress you out c:
Have a nice hot bath, relax and read a nice book.
Pamper yourself and do what you enjoy doing.
Take big deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Think about how lucky you are.
