Okay so I basically already know WHY (lol) but please read on.........
He told me he's not looking for a relationship but he thinks we should "hang out".
He said we should go out for dinner or lunch and just "talk"......
He also mentioned (over the phone) that he hasn't had sex in 6 months and his friends/male family are joking around and telling him he needs to get some......
I barely know this guy and during one of our phone convos (we were talking about health and diet) and he said something along the lines of "ya know, I need to stay fit and health and I'm due for a check up, ya know cuz just in case we hang out over the summer and decide to have sexual intercourse"... That's EXACTLY how he said it. He must be used to dealing with easy chicks because that was very rude =/
I've been ignoring all his calls ever since....and I think he's wondering why. He sent me a message on FB saying he's in my town and would love to go out to lunch.
How should I turn him down and should I tell him why?
I was just going to respond with a "no thanks"

u should tell him that your not looking for just a sexual relationship. I think since you've been going along with this and that that he thinks your down with just a hook-up relationship. tell him u want more
