Do I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, do I need help?!

Question: Do I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, do I need help?
Hi there, I've been dealing with what I might find to be OCD.
Here's a small list of things that I do that lead me to believe this; I always text, email, Facebook, etc with perfect grammar, punctuation, spelling. I am a complete perfectionist and breakdown when things are out of symmetry. The shirts in my closet are organized by length of sleeve and within that color, within that shade. I picture my room being my own hotel room, myself being the maid. Everything neat and orderly. I've been told by family, friends and strangers that I have OCD. I get close to a 4.0 and A- are my pet peeve. I don't care if it's at 93.99%.
Some weird qwerks that I have include; setting my phone alarm to 5:37 and my iHome alarm to 5:40 every night for the next morning. Counting bricks, lines, designs, circles, etc on walls and things. Clenching my teeth every time my car passes a striped line on the road while riding in the passenger seat. Being specific with how I arrange all things. Planning out my entire next day (clothing, money, items, homework). I'd like to think that I'm an organized planner, but my habits control my life.
My next point is that I am an extreme germaphobe. I carry hand sanitizer and use it after washing my hands several time. I'm afraid to hug, shake hands, rub against casually with others. Another example is that I count the number of stairs of every staircase U walk up, at home, school, anywhere. I won't walk on cracks and walk along straight lines if possible.
Any ideas of what else this could add up to? Should I be worried?
Thanks for your time.

Answers:

What you describe is a clear case of OCD. The counting, the contamination fears, the need to organize. All of it.

It is what it is. It is not a sign of some deeper, secret problem. If you are happy the way you are, then enjoy. If you feel like you can't really live a full life because you're too busy with your OCD, then professional conselling would help. Talk to your doctor for a referral.

No, you fail at posting with perfect grammar, punctuation and spelling.

Yeah it seems like it is taking over your life. It's not dangerous, but you should be enjoying life. I would see somebody for it
