For all the people with Seasonal Affective Disorder?!
Question: For all the people with Seasonal Affective Disorder?
Answers:
Mine is starting to go away, but all the cloudy, rainy spring like days aren't helping. Probably be sometime in April when it gets sunny and starts to stay that way.
For me, it depends on the year. Obviously, more sunny days make for a quicker return to normal.
Instead of just waiting it out though, have you ever considered trying to rush the process? I've done it for the last 3 years and I do think it gets me out of the SAD funk a week or two sooner than usual. By "rush" I mean, I intentionally expose my eyes to sunlight. Spend time outside even though it's still damn cold. Shoot for 20 minutes every sunny day.
I don't have any kind of authority to quote here. It's just what I decided to try after reading about the light therapy devices you can buy for SAD.
Depends. Usually when the days get longer and there's more sun.
Are you sure that's Disorder and not simply an odd example of order?
