Can't feel any sadness or anxiety at all but not "happy" either?!

Anyone else have this experience when on medication? Taking Pristiq, Trileptal, and Invega for Bipolar disorder with psychosis. I just started a few days ago so I know the pristiq and invega haven't had time to start working to its potential but I already feel no anxiety anymore I'm assuming due to trileptal. Just a while ago something happened that I normally would have blown up about and be super depressed over but instead of those feelings I felt nothing,,,not a thing. It feels so different for me. Do you think this might wear off or will I really just have no more bad thoughts/feelings anymore.
