Question: What is your opinion on having the same memories that happened many years back when i was a kid?
Everyday i remember the hell i went through. But as i got older its gotten better not concentrating on it. Why do i remember every day about the child abuse i suffered as a child and teenager back when i was really little? it happens everyday but for maybe 30 mins and comes back the next day. Are those flashbacks or are they memories???

flashbacks cuz memories are things that you enjoy and flashbacks are either ones.
first of all i really hope u dont live with whoever abused u as a kid anymore and second they might be both u never know but i personally think that they might be flashbacks
