Answers:

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing anxiety and nausea.

First let me say, please be sure you always communicate these things with your doctor.

After having said that, have you ever thought about or heard about using essential oils to assist you in alleviating your anxiety and nausea symptoms? What about taking a look at your physical, emotional and nutritional lifestyles?

Healthy eating, a healthy physical lifestyle and alternative supports such as essential oils, massage, and chiropractic can be a SUPER help to you. As far as anxiety causing you not to eat and being underweight, you may want to talk with a counselor to try to find out where the anxiety is coming from. Often, exposing the cause of anxiety, can release the stress you experience from it and allow you to heal faster. Relieving the stress, learning about healthy eating and lifestyles can help you with your weight regardless of whether you are over or underweight.

Below is a list of essential oils that can help with anxiety.

To assist in relieving nausea symptoms, you may want to consider Peppermint and/or Patchouli Essential Oils. Again, please be very careful which essential oils you use for therapeutic benefits.

~Patchouli oil contains compounds that are extremely effective in preventing vomiting due to their ability to reduce the gastrointestinal muscle contractions associated with vomiting. [30] Peppermint has also been found to be effective in many kinds of stomach upset, including nausea.
