How do people cope with stress?!


Question: How do people cope with stress?
stress as in heavy workload

Answers:

STRESSED? TAKE A BREAK!

That is what you will often see in commercial ads offering relaxing stuff or services, like SPAs, Cinema, chocolate treats and so on.

Reality check: What are the matters that stressed you? Is it work? Is it your household duties?
What ever they are, you have to lessen your concern on them to cope up. You're being like a glassed being filled up to the brim.

But what could you do if these things are really need to be done?

1. PRIORITIZE - think of the things that needs more of your attention, those that has to be done by you alone.
2. SHARE and ASSIGN, let others do other stuff which you could let them do or else you will not survive living healthy and peacefully. We are given families, friends, co-workers, staff and even service companies to help us do other things.
3. PAY GRATITUDE - for the help we get, let us learn to show gratitude so we could get help again and be willingly assisted in our lives

Relax, they will all pass.



I read a book i had when i was young, it relaxes me :)
Or i just take a nap :L
