Answers:

I am not a doctor, but sounds like anxiety. Try taking a nice walk.
Smoking races your heart, so that wont be much help, but probably dragging on the cig makes you feel better and you will get the same results by taking deep breaths without harming your lungs.

I can't help with the sick feeling you're getting, but here are some tips about smoking: You need to find another past time, what do you like to do? Keep focused on that. Maybe take up something like sewing or painting, something that takes concentration and can be relaxing for you. You can't quick smoking all at once, but practice smoking less and less every day until you don't smoke at all. Take deep breaths and try to stay calm. Also, you should go to a doctor or other health profession for more detailed information about you and why you feel like this.

Exercise, I know it sounds like boring, hard work but it is proven (or so i'm told) to make you feel better. Just go running or play a sport with some friends. Exercise naturally releases endorphins (can't spell sorry) which is a chemical that causes joy or fun. It's also good for you in more than that, it helps heart health and as I'm sure you know, helps you to lose weight or maintain a weight.

See a doctor of course! These symptoms can mean any number of things. I doubt smoking is helping you in any way. You want to mention everything you just said to a doctor

You might want to consider going to a doctor for bloodwork (physical). If your thyroid isn't functioning right you could feel that way.
