Sever Fatigue and feeling out of it?!
Question: Sever Fatigue and feeling out of it?
Anyone have any idea why I would be feeling like this?
And also, would this be something to see a doctor over or should I just buck up?
Answers:
It is definitely something to see your doctor over. It could be something chemically wrong with your brain or even may be something physically wrong. Your doctor will be able to run tests and check everything out. Do you often get chilly and then suddenly sweaty out of nowhere? If the answer is yes, there may be a problem with your thyroid. Only blood tests can rule this out. Also, if you're getting shaky out of nowhere, it may also indicate bipolar depression or a neurological issue. Either way, it is best to go to your doctor to figure out exactly what is wrong so that you and your doctor, together, can fix it.
Personal experience. I also get this way often. I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
If you want to know for something mentally it does sound like a bit of depression or anxiety or both. My anxiety started with depression (which I didn't know). The symptoms were the same except I wouldn't sleep much at all, I would shake, fidget and want to just lay in bed. Anxiety and depression are linked together a lot of times and can cause major problems if not treated. It took doctors a year to figure out what's wrong with me (even then I had to suggest anxiety) and that year was living hell because it was so confusing. So you may want to so a psychologist. A lot of the time with depression you don't have to have something to be depressed about, the depression could just be there. Questions to ask yourself for anxiety are:
If you get headaches
Fidget
Have sleep disruptions
Worry over pointless things
Feel down
I'm just sixteen and this is personal experience but I hope it helps a little even if it is kind of confusing haha, if you think it's anxiety you can add me to talk about it, I might be more help
