Im Scared of my own body?!

Question: Im Scared of my own body?
I don't care if people find this funny! but I am 15 years old, and im scared that something is wrong with me like I have some life-threatening disease or something, some of my Friends think im so over-reactive (which i probably am) I go out with my Friends, but I never go to the shop and buy a chocolate or a takeaway I always try and eat healthy and I basically check my self every night to see if i find anything different with my body, it's taking over me now, what can I do?!

Answers:

Don't worry. Many people have at least had one paranoid moment in their lives just as you have.
There can be many ways to "fix" this problem, but be aware that your over reaction stems from fear. Your fear could almost, but not exactly be described as a phobia.
I used to get paranoid when I was short of breath, and started panicking, thinking "Oh! What if I have cancer or tuberculosis?!" But, it's really all abstract.
Keep eating healthy. Many people your age tend to forget about eating healthy. It's good for you. Now, stress can cause diseases, so I would suggest not stressing over this problem so much. It will do much more damage.
When you get panicked on your body, your observing details of your body that you didn't notice before. This could ultimately cause you to assume that there is something eccentric about your body all of a sudden. These fears you have of your body or your body getting a disfunction is all in your head. Abstract worries shouldn't be stress over too much. :) Don't worry, a healthy youth such as yourself doesn't have to worry so much about your body!
(But still make sure to exercise and eaet healthy! It's good for your body!)
