Question: Need some kind of advice please,?
alright, well, i don't really know the best way to put this, but i have been thinking about suicide ALOT. like, multiple times a day type alot, and i don't really know what to do about it. i know my life is not worth ending, but i cant help thinking that i want to die. im not anxious to see someone, or take some kind of pill, and i have told a few people, my mother, girlfriend, but that is it. is there something i can do myself without pills or people to help me get rid of these kinds of thoughts? or are pills and psychiatrists the only option i have?

well, you could try getting active since physical exercise releases natural mood-elevating chemicals like endorphins & dopamine. these chemicals also help a person's ability to handle stress.
also think about what you enjoy & try to get more involved in those things.
volunteering is a great way to get in touch with positive people & also see that you may be fortunate.
also eliminate the things/people you can who bring you a sense of depression or tension & try to keep people close who make you feel happy.
however, if you try these things & dont see an improvement, definitely seek some help since you simply deserve to live your life happily... & suicide is just not an option, my dear. it will get better, hang in there :)



You can write in a general, talk to people online feeling the same way and figure out what makes you sad and see if there is a way to work on getting that resolved. Call a suicide hotline. It is anonymous and they can help you talk it out and give advice. Never be ashamed of asking for help it's something many people go through and there is nothing wrong with getting someone else to look at the situation., Good luck and keep reaching out.



I think everyone thinks about that at some point in their lives, I used to think about that a lot when I break out a lot in school and have pimples, I seriously thought about killing myself, no joke, but then after that I stopped thinking about it, there must be something bothering you , that you might not be very aware of, so I'd suggest to keep yourself busy with whatever activities you like to do, and that'll jhelp you a LOT, good luck to you, the best of luck!!, :)



diet and exercise to help as well. if you are feeling suicidal that often though you are likely better to at least speak to your doctor. he/she can give you some ideas of what else you can do or if there is something they can give you to help you get past the worst of it. better to be on an antidepressant for a while rather than have things to too far and your loved ones loose you. don't give up... you are not the only one who has gone through this and you can make it through



Those aren't the only options. Theres friends, family, and peers. You can talk to them and they'll help you. Talk out your feelings. Tell youself all the good things in life and count your many blessings. If you die, just think about all the people that'll attend your funeral and miss you. Theres so many opportunities in life, please don't die :(



Try talking to one of them about this. It could just be that you need someone who knows you well to discuss it with you, I've felt the same way and I get that its hard to get the thought to go away. For me, Ive never had someone I can discuss it with, but I know if I had someone it would have made things so much easier; Try to keep yourself busy though, that way you won't focus on the thought as much, if at all. It seems like when people (or atleast for me) aren't doing anything thats when the thought pops in.



DO NOT GO SUICIDAL!! do not doo itt you have people that care about you! even if you go through rough times in life still dont kill your self, right now you may not be happy but sooner or later things are going to start working out with you...do not kill your sleff! if you seek for help go see a doctor and get treated but DO NOT KILL YOUR SELF!



you should seek some professional help. you might have depression, and drugs and a doctor might be the only solution for you.

some research have shown that if you get foods with epinephrine, it can help elevate your mood, so try eating chocolate, turkey, etc.
