Sleep disorder is serious disease. It means person is unable to get sound sleep like any other sound man. He can sleep for hours together in bed. Or if he wakes up sometime, thereafter he is unable to continue the sleep. Many a times it is a sort of mental disorder, due to some serious worry, stress, unnecessary thinking about future and so many associated think.

A disorder where you experience trouble sleeping..

This can mean any of the following:

inability to sleep (or insomnia)
over-sleeping (or narcolepsy)
waking up repeatedly (unable to stay asleep for the entire night)
sleep walking, sleep terrors, sleep paralysis
sleep apnea (where you stop breathing during your sleep, for short periods of time)



i think sleep disorders is having trouble to get sleep, and when get into sleep, can't sleep well, often dream dreams.
