Should I quit my job?!

Question: Should I quit my job?
I know you all will immediately think I'm crazy for even considering forfeiting a job when jobs are so difficult to attain with this economy... But I have my reasons.

I work for four hours (4:00 to 8:00) after school every week night, then I have weekends off.

I'm a junior in high school and school is very important to me. I'm taking seven classes and I've had straight A's all year, and most of my classes are advanced so my teachers assign a TON of homework. In order to complete all of my homework, I have to stay up late every night--usually with the help of caffeine--and lose a lot of sleep. By the end of each week, I have a lot of trouble waking up in the morning because I'm so sleep-deprived. I hardly have time to do anything on weekends because I have to spend that time working on projects and things I don't have time to do during the week. My busy schedule is making me numb and exhausted, and it makes me feel bitter toward people who work less than me... Yet I inflict this on myself.

I don't need the money since I don't have bills to pay and my parents provide me with everything I need. It's nice having extra money, but it is definitely not necessary.

I guess my pride is the only thing keeping me from quitting. I'm also having a hard time convincing myself that quitting is not a stupid decision considering the state of the economy, despite the fact that I really don't need the money.

What do you think? Should I quit?

Answers:

go for it girl, step by step, enjoy your age, when u get older, u will work and do more stuff, now it's time to get more As and get a good college.
Then, you could worried about things, im pretty sure u will find another job when you want it, but not now.
feel fresh, hot, healthier, cleaner, don't do stuff that will attempt with your health or your age.
I don't need to work neither, and I work 2 jobs, almost 80 hours a week, just to buy expensive clothes, watches and cars.
I don't enjoy them too much, but i will quit one job.
