- when im reading i oftenly pause and think about what ihad just read and notice that im not listening to me reading
-i twist words around when i read and sometimes when i write
- i often get confused because my mind thinks about so many things at once which gets to the point where i dont kno what to think anymore
- my moods fluctuate, and i get angry very easily

Answers:

I read through your symptoms and it felt like you were mostly describing exactly what I've been feeling.
Honestly though, in my opinion, the best thing you can do in this case is go see a psychiatrist or a neurologist. It isn't that bad. I actually enjoyed talking about the problems I was having with the doctor because I knew that he'd be able to help. I had my appointment for a mental evaluation about 2 weeks ago and it was for the reasons you stated above (adhd). It turns out I don't have adhd and that there are many other reasons and similar symptoms that correlate with different mental illnesses.
I am not ruling out the fact that you might have adhd, but no one on here will be able to provide you with what a doctor could.
Wish you all the best.

Edit: Also, please don't take those "Adhd online tests." There isn't a valid test for adhd out there, yet. I felt as though they only made me feel worse and worse about myself.

It kind of sounds like dyslexia but not a bad case only because of how you say things get jumbled up and your mind works so fast? But I'm no expert
