Question: Could someone explain this to me~ 10-points!?
Its long but please read!

ive been having amazing dreams, im dreaming but im not,i think.
it started off as a regular night i layed down, closed my eyes, but when i opened them i couldn't move, instead for freaking out, i closed my eyes and from there, im in the court yard of my elementary school "btw i haven't in forever, due to the fact we moved, but im 19 now, soo a good 10 years"
i happened to be the only one there, it's like i happened to be there. my hands, feet, skin, the air. soo peaceful i didn't wanna leave. As i walked through the doors of my old class room i found myself back at my house, it was really weird because everything was like upside down, when i walked back into my room! i saw myself laying there with my eyes open, when i walked out of my door way, I walked right into the ocean, i know its hard to understand but i could feel the water, the fish, the fear i couldnt breath. i kept telling myself to wake up wake up. And i woke up.

how can i keep having theses amazing dreams, what are they called, do other people have them.
How can i make the dream stronger. i got to the point where all i wont to do is dream.

Answers:

No one has ever accurately described the interpretation of dreams. One thing you must remember is that life's experiences are parts of all of your dreams. Some of those experiences are imagined and others are real. In order to continue to dream you must embrace life and enjoy everything in it. This way you will cultivate new dreams.

you're dying and seeing the light, all you need to do is walk into it.

I'm no expert, but it sounds like lucid dreaming. Where your soul actually splits from your body, and your soul wanders around. You can travel instantly to anywhere in the universe. And it is often a very peaceful experience.

Search for "lucid dreaming" on Google. With practice you can do this at will.

My friend L in high school did this and we thought he was joking. So my friend S put an object under a cover at S's house and dared L to lucid dream to find out what was under it. He did it! S swears he did not help L at all. It was so bizarre.
