How do you relax when you?!


Question: How do you relax when you?
are worried about a situation you can't do much about. and you don't see how anything good is going to happen in the near future? How can I relax when I am anticipating dread? Last night was awful too. I feel like there's been nothing to cheer me up in the last few days. I just need to relax and believe that something good will happen.

Answers:

I would try to tell myself that I will get through this and when I do, time will pass and I will forget about it little by little. You don't have control of the situation like you said, so just control what you can and be proactive about the rest. This too shall pass :) And good WILL come into your life. Nothing ever stays the same and it will come. Do simple pleasure tasks- anything to help you feel better. Even lighting a candle or journaling or calling a loved one. REMEMBER to BREATHE!!! It helps tremendously. Live one day at a time. That's all you can do. I've had a psychologist for 6 years :) These things work :)

Well, if you cant think of anything good happening, don't be uhappy, because you'll never be able to cherish the good things in life anymore. Just forget everything, buy yourself something, spoil youself and invite your mates for a laugh. Or if not, talk to someone, and maybe they can help you more than we can, and if worst comes to worse... Go to a relaxation bar, or a meditation class :) and maybe just soak youself in salt water/sea water, or go to the beach, to purify you negative energy. Hopefully you will come out relaxed. One more thing = dont worry about it :)



I smoke weed and meditate. Weed to open my mind and let me release stress, and meditate to actually release it.



Pray to God. tell Him how you feel and He will lift you burden up.!
