How can i stop being so horrible?!

Question: How can i stop being so horrible?
I just can't be bothered to be nice to people. I get so angry with people so often, usually their not even doing anything wrong, and i just feel so enraged by their presence. A lot of the time i say things i know are wrong, but the thought of apologizing makes me feel physically ill. (Ive tried to push through the sick feeling i get and actually apologize, and i feel the same way i imagined i would and regret saying sorry at all.) I never used to be this horrible, i just can't help it. I know i should change, but when i try being nice i feel like the person im complimenting doesn't deserve it at all, and by doing this im just boosting their ego and they don't deserve to feel great about themselves because they're just as horrible as me, they're just hide their horrible side, which actually makes them worse!...

Sorry, i had to vent this anger somehow and im getting tired of taking it out on objects that matter to me. Everyone seems to either be happy, pretty, smart, a nice person or good at something. - with the exception of me.

Let's be honest.. you're not angry at them.. you're frustrated and don't like yourself very much.
You need to get to the root of it. Once you figure out why you're not happy with yourself, you will stop projecting the anger towards others. A good place to start is to make a list of your good qualities and then a list of things you'd like to change about yourself. Start there. I think once you do this and start making some positive changes, you'll feel much better about yourself and others.

I think this goes deeper than just anger issues. You should give therapy a try; analyzing your thought process with a professional could really help you understand yourself (and how to change).
