Who to talk to about past things?!

Question: Who to talk to about past things?
Im 20 years old. From the age of 7 till around 10 i had a obession with being perfect. When i was 10 i was hospital for a long time after a car accident. When i was 12 i started self harming till about 15 and from 12 till now i have had various different eating problems. At 17 i also went through a month period of alcohol abuse on myself.

The thing is i was so secretive about everything not one single person knew or knows any of that information about me. Although i feel fine now i have this eurge to speak to someone about it all. But who do i talk to, as its not a current problem and i dont think a councellor or anyone would care much about something that is no longer important, but wouldnt want to tell family or friends and risk them feeling guilty for not realising. Or do i just let it pass, no need to say anything to anyone?

Answers:

A counselor. Trust me, they would. They would discuss possible triggers with you, and how to prevent anything from happening in the future I'm so sorry about the things that have happened to you, honestly find a good counselor you can connect with. Best wishes.
