Motherly yearning at only 15?!

Question: Motherly yearning at only 15?
For a few months now I have a strange yearning to be a mother. To have something grow inside me, to protect and nurture and take care of a baby. When ever I see a baby I wish it was mine. Im only 15 is this normal to feel this way?

Answers:

I had that when i was 15[im now 20]. its part of hormones and growing up. I wouldn't recommend you have a baby now though but basically your not a little kid anymore and you are starting to ger broody

personal experiance

This is actually pretty normal. Several girls that I know, including myself, are impatient to have to wait for children (We're 15 and 16) and we've all been talking our what their first and middle names would be since we were 12. My best friend is obsessed with her niece and acts like she's her daughter. It probably indicates that you're mature and you're ready for adult experiences. But I'd stick to just wanting babies for now, and enjoy being a kid. Children...I absolutely adore little kids and I completely understand how you feel, but as much as I wish for the time when I will have them, I know that I am not ready for them right now. You might feel this way too when you really think about it. Hope I helped :)

Its normal but you'll have to wait until you're grown and financially stable otherwise you'll end up like my friend who got pregnant at 17. Now she's living in subsidized housing with a boyfriend who's not at all interested in being a father. She struggles to make ends meet every month. Thats not the life you want, is it?

I guess it can be normal with some people, I mean you are growing up, going through puberty so you feel different things (hormones). Even so, that is the last thing on my mind, I am kinda scared of babies and little kids.so yeah, but I think it's normal, just don't act on these naive feelings.
