How can I cure my depression?!

Question: How can I cure my depression?
I'm 13 years old, and I've been sick for 4-5 years now and its still not diagnosed.
I dont get along with my dad and sister (thats an understatement) and Lately there has been a lot of drama at my school, most of witch is harsh and unnecessary.
Lately i havent been doing my hmk, I've been getting bad marks in school, i've developped an addiction to advil and Tylenol, and I cry about ever day.
I've cut myself before and probably will again because it's the only way I know how do deal with my pain and stress. My doctors and parents think i've beenn taking all my medications, but its been about 2 months since i've even seen them. I cant let them know I'm depressed, they already do so much for me. Please help.

You got a good answer from the answerer Roger already. In addition I would get off any caffeine u take in . You may be a person that is highly sensitive to it. It can do very weird things to you. It is everywhere, coffee, coffee shops and energy drinks everywhere stay away from all that and from drama queens and kings and negative people. Some people are highly sensitive to what they see on tv and video games, it is mind poison, talk about drama,,,, its all suffering, pain, ,rape, killing and murders... so be care ful what u let into ur mind and body. First u have to be aware of this and want to feel better, and ditch the drama. Beating up on yourself wont help anything, you are precious, dont hurt something that is so wonderful (a strong young healthy body). " GOD dont make no junk". Get involved in fun activities that lift your spirits and make you happy, watch light fun stuff on tv, "fake it till u make it" and get the help u need, u may not even need it as much if u take great care of ur mind and body, eat healthy. and cut out all the crap that comes ur way. only hang out with happy positive people whose life is not a soap opera. You will see how u get to dislike that after you step out of the darkness into the light. Good luck

school of life and I care

Depression can be fought against and cured. However, it is up to you to make the change. The first thing that I would suggest would be to get back on your medications so your depression does not worsen. Then I suggest you talk to someone about it, whether is be you friends, a teacher, a cousin. Talk to someone. That is the only way someone can help you. If you want to feel better, you must open yourself up.

Although advil and tylenol may help with physical pain, I would prefer fish oil to deal with depression. Get enough sleep, in the dark; and try to get some sunshine and exercise during the day. Make it a project to learn about stress and how to manage it.
