Chaz hang in their buddy. The thing you have going for you is you are young so you have lots of time on your side. Don't panic about this because most times this is normal for kids at different times of their life. The time to start worrying about it is if it goes on for a long time.
You are ok Chaz, and don't compare yourself to others because you can only be a good Chaz and not a good anyone else. I hope that makes sense. If you need to talk you can email me anytime because my son is going through the same thing. Maybe he (Cody) can help you out too. Peace. Pray to God for help, it will help! rainylakeken@yahoo.com

It's great that you are reaching out for help! It sounds like you are concerned that you are having mood swings. Remember to reach out for support from your family, friends, school counselor, or teachers. Know that there is help out there and you are not alone. Find coping skills to use when you're feeling depressed. Examples of coping skills are journaling, exercise, walks, art, etc. Find something you enjoy doing and make sure you spend some time each day doing that.

might just be puberty setting in, and if it is then there really isn't a whole lot you can do about it than just relax and don't compare yourself to others, that only makes it worse. They are not perfect and neither are you, so don't worry about it, even if they seem like they have everything together, they don't. You are your own person and they are not you.

You are either just going through puberty and this will pass (most likly this is the case) or you are bipolar and it will be something that you will end up on medication for. Either way if you feel really down you should talk to someone about it, like your family doctor or school nurse.

Just be your self kid i know the feeling i went trough that stage when i was your age to. I compared my grades my looks my social status to everyone else but truth be told there doing the same so just be true to you. It created more issues then Solutions for me.

Your about to enter puberty. It's normal.. Just have a diary and some friends to talk To, this will help sort your feelings
