Question: Any tips or help?? What do you recommend?
How do I get a good night sleeps. So I feel warm and cozy and just go into bed and burrow my self in my blankets, and go to sleep? I sleep at 10:00 P.M or 10:30 or up to 11:00. I sometimes set up my clothes the day before so I don't have to look for clothes in the morning. Text at night when I'm in bed and watch t.v. What do I do? Sleep earlier? Do more energetic stuff so I feel tired?
Then, how do I feel fresh and good in the morning?. I take warm showers for like 10 or less minutes. I get dressed. Go to living room. Play with dog, while mom makes me my bowl of cereal and Toaster Strudel. I use the bathroom. Pack up. Walk to school and that's it. Any tips on these 2 questions? Please? Thanks. (Sorry it's long)

Sounds like a kid? Try doing more physical activities and make your self busy so once you come home your exhausted and fall asleep quickly .
