When I had a lot on my mind, I use this website:

http://750words.com/

You just gush your feelings out all over the page. It's such a release. You can swear, use all caps, write nonsense words, and just write without it having to make sense or have any structure at all. It's just purely releasing your thoughts as words.

It's also pretty neat because it analyzes what you write a lot about, and shows you the words you use most, the emotions you mostly are writing about, and many more interesting little tidbits.

I recommend it highly. It's so good to just spew all the negative things onto that page. It really helps to forget about it all.

Although, it's not public, I don't think. If you want to know someone is listening, I'm often kicking around on the internet doing absolutely nothing. I'd be welcome to listen to you vent whenever you need it.
