Question: Pretty worried about my mental state.?
So, yeah, recently I've been having dreams about Jeffrey Dahmer, and more and more I find myself thinking about him (not in a sexual way, I'm straight) please don't reply with "you're sick" or "that's wrong" yes I know it's abnormal, has any had similar experiences with anyone else? If so, what can I do?

These are called scary thoughts that are linked to anxiety and depression. It's almost like OCD. The more you don't want to think about it, the more you do because of the impact you allow it to have on you. If you think about it, innocuous thoughts are boring and are not worth giving them a second thought. A scary thought has a deep impact on you and excites other neurons to latch on and creates larger turmoil. The more it scares you, the more you think about it, the more you think about it, the more imbedded it becomes. Focus on something else. Read the Bible and pray before you go to sleep. Think and dwell on pleasant thoughts. We can' help what thoughts come into our minds, but we can help what we dwell on. A mind is a wonderful servant, but a horrible master. You choose what you want to dwell on. Good luck!



The first thing you have to relize is dreams are just that dreams. Its how our mind conseves our surrondings. For exsample if you feel insucre or your in a place in your life and you dont know where your going you may have a dream about your teeth falling out. I know it sounds stupid but its a fact that your dreams "Not what you dream" keeps you sane! So dont think your crazy or even weird YOUR NOT in fact your the opposite. I too have dreamed about murder and helping someone else commit them, as a matter of fact as a young child I use to dream I was helping Freddy Kruger, why? Simple because at the time that was and still is my faviorte boogie man. So dont read into your dreams so much just know that as long as your dreaming you are OK.

You are not sick at all... Just listen to me and do the following one-by-one

1. Go to your mom and hug her and just share some of your thoughts. Eat together with your mom.
2. Get up at 6 O'Clock or something in the morning when the sun-rises and warm your body... If its winter and you cant see the sun... then go to near by a river and pond... sit near by with your legs moving in the water.
3. Go to play a game ...
4. Watch a comedy movie...
5. Keep yourself hungry for 6 hours and then Eat your favourite food.

All your mental sickness will go away. Its not sickness at all.



I know not whom your dream boy is, but that is of no importance.

Dreams are random happenings and always they are a release valve to rid you of some trivial thing you saw, heared, or otherwise experienced in the past.

It was passed to the subliminal mind and found do to be wanted, and a dream is the only way to rid yourself of it. You are quite normal.
