Question: How should I go about this?
Okay well I have bad depression and anxiety because I am a victim of child abuse. Ive forgotten how to laugh and it feels unnatural to smile. Ive been looking into something called tickle therapy and I wanna try it. Many people say it works and at this point I'll try anything!
Should I try to go about this in a professional manor? Like try to find someone who does this for a living? Or should I ask someone I know to help me with it. I dont have any friends or family members I can ask really which sucks cuz id rather do that so I guess I'll take the professional route. So can you guys get me articles or videos or places of business where I can do more research on this? Thanks

Try smiling more often, make it natural! Just remember people look more appealing when they are smiling! I fake my smiles myself, but I've been doing it for so long it feels natural! and i find my cheeks lifting even when i dont expect it:)
