Depression therapy I need help?!
Question: Depression therapy I need help?

You are in a fight for your life...literally! Stand up and start swinging like a boxer...fight! Life IS worth living! After you have risen to your feet, call your local University with a psychology school or local catholic charities organization (they don't discriminate) they will help you psychologically gratis! Once you are seen for the first time...get home and make sure you have some time to yourself...alone. Cry like you have NEVER cried before...an ugly, loud, gut-wrenching bawl! Cry as long as you need, then take a hot shower, brush your hair, place a (comfort) calming scented moisturizer all over you person, put on something very comfy and climb into bed.
You may need to do this more than once...but your emotional growth and strength to comfort yourself will grow exponentially.
Let me first post the toll-free helpline for those who are suicidal: 1-800-273-8255
Perhaps there is a local therapy clinic that works on a sliding-scale fee schedule which works by charging what the client can afford. This site may have some local counseling agencies: http://store.samhsa.gov/mhlocator and can type one's zip code into search or click one's state of residence on the map.
For general information re: (regarding) depression and other mood disorders though not in place of actual therapy and treatment: http://www.dbsalliance.org
Call 911 and tell them you are suicidal. the ER has to treat you for free if you don't have money or health insurance. They can refer you to therapy you can afford. Good luck.
There's a good book called "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns. They usually have it at the free public library. It helped me alot. I can help you too if that's what you want.
