I can't sleep they will give me a pill and make me trapped in my dreams?!

I'm gonna go with not a troll since I've looked at your other questions. I know you feel as though if you sleep, since you're already in a dream, that you will just further and further from reality. I can't even imagine how that feels. You really need to get in with a therapist or psychiatrist because these feelings you are having are real feelings, but there's no foundation for them in real life. They will put you on medication to help you feel better, so you can sleep without fear of not being able to wake up.

what they will do(Dr's) is to evaluate you for mental health issues if this is your way of thinking

your Perception of real life is not necessarily the same as others at the current time
no one wants to trap you in your dreams no one is testing anything out on you
not that you will believe it
talk to a dr and seek some help for the insomnia and any other symptoms
it could be that the insomnia is making you think irrationally

-Sleep because it's good for you and ditto, you can't get stuck in your dreams!
