Terrified for my best friend. Advice, please?!

Question: Terrified for my best friend. Advice, please?
My friend just told me tonight that she hasn't kept any food in her stomach since January of this year. She says that she never wants to eat, and that she makes herself vomit her food back up when she finally does eat. I'm so terrified for her. So terrified, in fact, that I probably won't be able to sleep tonight because it will be going through my head all night.
Is there a hotline she can call, or some way that I can stage sort of a reverse food intervention where we encourage her to eat again? *Please* help. I'm scared to death, and she just thinks it's normal. I told her that she was bulimic, and she said she didn't care. I do, and we need help.

Answers:

tell the consellor at your school, or a psychologist. this is a pretty bad situation. watch her, monitor her. it will be ok. eventually.

Get some med help asap. Health hotline is beneficial too.

What you can do?
Find as much information about apetite and light food to eat like nice yummy oats for cold weather or salad with nice dressing for summer. Or just have a snack with her. Go to food shops more - even better go to a yummy food shops like chocolate store or candy bar or some trendy asian genuine extraordinary shop, who knows she might meet her lover there! :)

Tell her parents, a counselor, any adult who will listen. Your friend needs immediate intervention. Tell her parents that they can contact the tv show "Intervention" by going to www.aetv.com and clicking on intervention and scrolling to and click on "participate". I hope I helped and good luck.
