What happens when you have a panic attack?!

Question: What happens when you have a panic attack?
READ FIRST.
I don't want a list such as "dizziness, sweating etc" I've had panic attacks for 7 years.. I am familiar with what the effects are what I want to know is this. Does your blood pressure go up? or down?

Here's what I've noticed if I have like bit of pressure and my heart pounds I have to eat after the panic attack because I get the effect like you haven't eaten, weak shaky legs, arms and rushed breathing..

or is that just a different thing altogether? but I haven't eaten much today so I don't know just tell me what happens with your blood sugar/blood pressure when you have a panic attack please.

Answers:

Adrenaline surges through your body in a panic attack raising blood pressure. Not sure about blood sugar.
