Like i can 2 straight months without taking a shower sometimes 3.....

there may be a chance that you are depresses
are there any other aspects of your life you do not care about
have you lost interest in previously enjoyed activities

It is likely you have a mental health issue, either depression or psychosis (negative signs). I suggest you see your GP to see if they suggest anything to you.
most likely lazyness, or carelessness...
or you dont love yourself that much.. and want to experience the feeling of being a dirty girl
