Answers:

This is a form of self-harm and you need to get help.
Obviously something is bothering you in your personal life and it's making you feel depressed.
Often when people are feeling low and feel as if they are worthless, they resort to certain methods of self-harm.
I wish I could help you but obviously I can't so you will need to get help from your Doctor.
He/she can refer you to a professional therapist of some kind and hopefully sooner rather than later, you will see things in a different light.
Don't put things off and expect life to get better on it's own. Don't feel embarrassed to put your feelings to your Doctor. They are there to help. Do it and do it now. Make that call.
Good luck!!!

The Boys Town National Hotline @ 1(800) 448-3000 has Crisis Counselors available 24/7 who can problem solve issues with you or provide referrals to other agencies in your area. If you would rather chat on line, go to yourlifeyourvoice.org. It sounds like you are describing self injury which is a tool for some people to relieve stress or other issues that are troubling them. Either way, it could be an issue that you may want to talk to a counselor about and develop other coping methods for when you get frustrated.

Good luck,
Counselor EA

You might be just anxious about life. Everyone has their little habbits. Think, "Why do I get mad at myself?" Maybe you are just very dissapointed in yourself. Don't be that way. Think about some awesome qualities that only you have!

Would you still do it if you knew you couldn't tell anyone or show anyone? If not the likelihood is that you are simply doing it for attention.

Thats called self mutilation. Its a serious issue and I'd strongly suggest therapy.

Don't hurt Ur self but enjoy life
