Is this a serious mental problem :(?!

Question: Is this a serious mental problem :(?
PLEASE I really need someone to reply.
Okay, this is going to sound unusual and weird, but considering this is in the mental health section every post should be weird like this, right? Anyway, my problem started a few months ago, and I believe I deliberately put it on myself. A few months ago...Again this is going to sound weird, please don't make fun of me. A few months ago I decided that whenever I was going to yawn I would not open my mouth fully because I didn't like the thought of my mouth opening fully. I practiced, and practiced this whenever I yawned until it seemed to become natural to me in every way. Every time I yawn now it seems to be unnatural since I told my mind not to open it fully, so it won't. Recently I figured out that not opening my mouth fully when yawning was stupid and pathetic. I then tried to naturally yawn after that hoping it would go back to normal...and it didn't. I've been having a trouble yawning ever since. Has my brain gotten used to not yawning the normal way (opening whole mouth), or what? What's happening to me? How do I stop this? When will it end? Please help me I don't know what to do.

Answers:

If you can train yourself into yawning a specific way, then you can train yourself out of it with conscious effort against what you have programmed into it (i.e. make yourself open your mouth fully whenever you notice you are going to yawn).
