oh my gosh... SHOCK MUCH?!?!

Question: Oh my gosh... SHOCK MUCH?!?
ok. I don't have many friends and the friends i have are not good ones, im bullied at school and about 3 or 4 weeks ago i cut myself, and my parents found out.
They asked me why i did it, and i said too much stress and it kinda helped and they said if i ever do it again, there going to kill me and bullies will be the least of my problems ;//
They didn't know, i still am cutting myself, burning myself, pulling out my hair, punching myself and crap they just don't seem to notice? i have lots of self inflicted scars from burns and punching things and the cutting feels good to me... no one aks where i got the scars anymore, and some people make fun of the ones i have had almost all my life, i was attacked and then had an accident.

What do i do? I feel like im suffocating and panicking about school:( I already spoke to the school they haven't done anything and im still receiving horrible emails and abuse from people.

:( Help?

Wow, I'm so sorry you are going through all of this.

I'm guessing your a teen? I'm a teen also, and I'm going through self-injury right now too. Please get someone to help you through this. Whether it be a counselor, friend, or your parents. (Although, your parents may not be the right people to go to, they weren't for me.) I strongly suggest telling one of your closest friends whom you know would understand and/or hold you accountable. Self-injury isn't GOOD and it isn't SAFE and you can't keep going on like this. It makes you more sad, depressed, and it makes you feel incredibly guilty at the end of it. :(

Also, if you are really being bullied quite bad, I suggest going to the counselor and MAKING them listen to you. Or even a teacher. Just someone who is staff at your school, principal even, (because I'm guessing that's where the bullies are.)

I hope I helped some, sorry if I didn't.

Please take care of yourself! <3

Talk to a trusted adult about this. Someone has to help you at your school. That's not at all right if they dont. Tell them what's going on and about your parents.

In the meantime get yourself through this. Keep your head up and find someone who cares about you to talk to.

It's illegal for your school to not do anything. Go to your school counselor and explain the situation. He or she will be able to help you.

What's the difference if a bully hurts you..or you hurt yourself? Doesn't that make you a self-bully? If it's not ok for you to do the things you're doing to other people, how do you figure it's ok to do it to yourself? Why is it ok for you to cut, hit, or injure yourself, but if somebody else does it you suddenly feel abused? You won't stand up to the bullys because you might get hurt...then because neither happened, you hurt yourself. Guess what..the abuse will not only continue, it will get worse. There's only one person that can stop hurting you, and that's you. You don't want to stop hurting yourself. If you don't get a handle on this obsessive behavior, you're headed straight down hill. No doctor, lawyer, accountant, soldier, electrician, carpenter or other professional got to be where he is by purposely hurting himself, and you won't either. You need a counsellor and prolonged treatment. You are sick and going to get sicker unless you do what you know you have to do. Life is good, because life is what we make of it. Doing the same things, gets the same results. If you truly do want to get better, prove it. Take the steps you need to take to get this neurotic crap behind you before it gets any worse. The internet can't help you. The choice is yours to make: Seek Help or go through life being a bully. If you don't seek help, then don't cry to us that you have a problem. We all have problems, the difference is we don't whine, we take a stand and do what needs to be done. Your move. Will you seek the help you need or whine about stress and unfairness of it all? It's time for you to take a stand.

Hi,
This must be awful for you! :-( Your parents don't seem very sympathetic, they should be looking into the reasons why you are harming yourself!. Maybe you should talk to your parents again about what is happening. Try to make them understand you are being bullied at school and need them to help you.
Do you have a school counsellor or a trusted teacher? Talk to them about it. I am happy to offer support to you as well. Just get back to me if you want to talk, I will listen and try to offer more help.

You've already talked to people; that's an important first step. It takes a lot of strength and courage to ask for help. You're going in the right direction in that aspect. It seems no one has been able to help. Don't stop asking for help. There are plenty of people to ask, like older brothers and sisters, teachers, family, counselors or parents. The school itself may not have been able to help but counselors especially are trained to help stop bullying- look for them. Seek them out in your school.

STOP hurting yourself, please. I know you're doing it as a cry for help but I've cut myself before because of stress and trust me, it's dangerous and doesn't help anything in the long run. You could really hurt yourself and besides, why should you do the work FOR the bullies? They aren't worth it anyway. Seriously, talk to a couselor. There isn't anything wrong with you. A lot of people experience bullying.
