Question: Are there Anti-lazy drugs?
I can't do my homework. I get so distracted even when there's nothing to do. For example if im in a library I'll just go on the computer. If in my room ill go to sleep. What should i do? I can't motivate myself. Believe me if I tired in school i could get 90's. Somehow im doing good in school, but i know it wont last for long. I'm pretty sure i have ADHD.

"They" thought my son had ADHD or depression because he was experiencing the same problems concentrating. He's 14. Thankfully, his pediatrician was very thorough and found (through several blood tests) that he not only had a pretty bad vitamin D deficiency but also that his body was not processing oxygen properly which was hurting the quality of his sleep. The culprit was ASTHMA! Thankfully, he wasn't put on ADHD meds and now he's on asthma medication and after 3 weeks is completely productive and normal (and he's been on vit D for a few months). The improvement is amazing!

Talk to your doctor about getting a blood panel done to see what is going on physically. You may have low vitamin B or something easily treatable that will get you on track to where you want to be going.

make sure you have a good sleep routine and just use your room for sleep

talk to your parents and teachers about any concerns you have regarding your health and school work
do you have any other symptoms i.e depression etc
are you sleeping well at night
eat a healthy diet and stay away from to much sugar and caffeine
if this does not help then talk to your dr
there are a lot of other symptoms with adhd

You should MAKE yourself do it. Maybe try going on a jog and then doing your homework? I get that way all the time. Make yourself pay attention, try not to sit next to your friends at school. Just socialize during lunch. If you really want to do well in school you'd make yourself. Otherwise you'll have to practice saying "Welcome to Walmart!" :)

If you do have ADHD try to watch less TV and spend less time on you're computer or texting, they say that works better than prescribed drugs.



Try 5 hour energy or coffee
