Well I get ALOT of panic attacks also and in class mainly b/c i think I am going to faint b/c i feel wierd. It is extremely scary but since i have been telling myself to calm down and breathe i have been noticing that all those feelings are decreased dramaticly!!! Not totally but it is tolerable. I as well "think" i can't breathe and it feels like my throat is closing and i get SUPER lightheaded and dizzy. And yes it is normal to get an attack at anytime. I have a mini one right now just talking about panic attacks!!!! It usually happens while i am thinking about them, and also i am a BIG hypochondriac so that does not help either. So ask yourself what was i just thinking about???? What i try to do is just ignore them breathe and continue. Try to forget about the panic attacks. Work with them not against them. Hope this helps!!!!
I am not a dr or in the medical profession BUT i also get panic attacks once in awhile. The fact that you are home alone maybe causing you to be stressed out or nervous about it.I mean you know that you are home alone and are thinking that since you are home alone what if you have a panic attack and no one is there to help AND that can cause the panic attack because you are nervous or stressed over it. Have you been sick recently with like a flu or cold? It could be that as well. If it continues then is there someone you can call like your mom or dad or bro or sis or relative close by or friend? if not then maybe call ur dr and see if they can be of help. try to relax and think happy things and not be stressed.
anxiety attack probably. you probably had an anxious though or memory cross your mind and its spiraling. keep yourself preoccupied and try not to stay idle because it will just allow you to think things over and over in your head. keep your mind busy with tangible things.
Sounds like an anxiety attack...most times they can be completly random and without cause.
Just try to relax. Do breathing excercises and distract yourself with a game or crossword. Also meditation can help reduce it
