The folks calling it "panic attacks" are sorta right. You wanna panic and it sort of feels like panic but it is in fact an anxiety attack. You are getting a feeling of anxiety and you can learn to help yourself get through these attacks. There are a number of books written on the subject and you can find help from reading about the condition. The best thing you can do is to learn as much as possible about anxiety attacks because you will learn to talk yourself down by learning about the condition.
A doctor may be inclined to give you an anxiety medication to help you with the physical aspects of the attack, but the important part to deal with is the emotional distress it causes you over and over with each attack. As well the emotional state you are in when the attack occurs! Meds do help, but they can also make you just a little too mellow and at your age, you should try and keep your senses about you and deal with this minus the meds.
This is able to be dealt with by talking to yourself about the anxieties you are feeling when you are experiencing these attacks. Talk to yourself to hold onto the reality around you and this will help to bring you down from the attack. Remember that this is only an anxiety attack and nothing is going to hurt you or leave a mark once the attack passes. You are not having a heart attack and your brain is not going to explode. You really have nothing to worry about and you just need to learn to ride it out for the few minutes it will be on you.
I wish you success in dealing with this and hope you manage to get over this condition. It is possible to get over it in the long run!

My own struggle with an anxiety disorder.

you should see a medical doctor and ask for complete examination. Let me know the results.
