Help with my anxiety problems?!


Question: Help with my anxiety problems?
I have really bad anxiety issues and am home schooled. Tomorrow I have to go to my school for state testing, and I am extremely afraid. Whenever I even think about going to school my stomach starts to hurt and I want to cry. So I was wondering if there is any techniques you know of to get me to calm down. Breathing exercises and talking to people doesn't work for me. Please, please, please help.

Thinking of something (dreading) feels worse than the actual thing your afraid of! Whatever you do tommorow the day will come and go as everyday does. Be proud that you are doing something productive. You probably know you will do fine and what's the worst thing that can happen if you don't do well-stop making an important issue of it and just do your best. What are you really afraid of, leaving your house, being around other students, the test, you didn't really say but some other people going are also scared that's normal! Good luck you will be fine! You should talk to family or a counseler/therapist about the continuing anxiety if you haven't already.

You should learn the art of magic, we see lots of people from all ages that use magic to deal with anxiety. You focus on the trick and you master it. The confidence that you gain from magic tricks, may it be card tricks, coin tricks etc will have to develop into a very confident young women. We have seen shy children come right out of their shell in store with this great art. You don't need months of practice there are self working magic tricks that can help you gain the confidence you aspire. So focusing on something when you are hyped with anxiety will help, it will entertain and it will soon come so easy you will be the one with no anxiety issues at all.

Drink plenty of water. You need to drink like 8 glasses a day or something.
