Am i depressed? please read whole before commenting?!

Question: Am i depressed? please read whole before commenting?
i cant tell if i am. im 13 years old. most days i feel hopeless and sad, but some days ( not many ) i am kinda happy. my emotions seem to alter and change quickly. things have been going on that make me just feel that life isnt worth it. ill never commit suicide, but i feel like i dont want to live and experience this all this anymore. my main reason for getting so hopeless is because of the illuminati, i didnt just learn about them, i knew for a while. but before i knew i was looking forward to a future and getting a job but that was all crushed when i found out about a year ago. im pretty informed, but im still learning. when i learn more, i losemore hope. like i want to know the truth, but the truth ruined my life. im christian, but i dont blindlessly follow religion. i have my reasons to believe in god. he gives me hope, but most of it is crushed knowing i could die from a planned event any time. some more reasons i think im depressed are: i dont really talk personally to anyone anymore, ive lost interest in things i loved, i usually just sit in my room and think, or write and listen to rap music. ( not devil worshipping artists, killuminati supporters like immortal technique and tupac ) and i dont have many friends anymore, i used to have lots of good friends and a fun life but now i have like 5 friends i trust. im always paranoid about everything thats going on, and i feel like im going insane slowly, like disintegrating internally. an honest answer would be nice, please no "illuminati is fake retard" or "god isnt real retard" answers. thanks for reading.

Answers:

Turning Stress into Success

1. The starting point to turn stress into success is to lessen your load. Eighty percent of the cure can come out of writing down all your cares and responsibilities in order of priority, then eliminating the least important.

2. Remember that Superman and Superwoman exist only in comics and films. Everybody has a breaking point, so recognize yours and call a halt before you reach your limit.

3. With stress comes pent-up feelings. Get them "off your chest" by sharing them with a trusted friend or counselor. This of itself can bring immediate relief and helps you to think and plan more objectively.

4. Stop fighting situations that can't be changed. As one father told his impatient teenager, "If you would only realize and accept the fact that life is a struggle, things would be so much easier for you." Learning to live with and get on top of struggles is what helps us grow and mature.

5. Watch your diet and eating habits. When under stress we tend to overeat—especially junk food which increases stress. A balanced diet of proteins, vitamins, and fiber while also eliminating white sugar, caffeine, too much fat, alcohol and nicotine is essential for lowering stress and its effects.

6. Be sure to get plenty of physical exercise. This keeps you healthier and helps burn up excess adrenaline caused by stress and its accompanying anxiety.

7. The ultimate answer to turning stress into success is to learn to trust God through Jesus Christ and live in harmony with his will for your daily life. God's peace comes through accepting and trusting in Jesus Christ.

"Don't worry about anything, instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs and don't forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand." Philippians 4:6-7

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, please 'give me the courage to change the things I can change, the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.' And again, help me to trust my life to you in every situation in which I find myself. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully, in Jesus' name." Hey, I believe in God too. He's pretty cool, but just because you know and love Him doesn't mean you won't get depressed from time to time. That's life.

You sound like you may be depressed. If you are, know that it isn't your fault. Yes, depression often comes on for awhile because of situations--you said some stuff is happening--but it also comes on at random sometimes. Perfectly happy people with a great life can suddenly become depressed for no apparent reason. Plus, adolescence is a very normal age for depression to rear its head for the first time.

I recommend talking to someone, even if you don't feel like it--especially if you don't feel like it. Talk to your parents, or if that doesn't work or you don't want to, try the counselor at school or a teacher or close friend. Make sure someone knows how you are feeling. Even if they have a hard time understanding, you will feel better knowing someone knows.

And don't give up on God. He's a good listener, by the way.

Honey, do you know God? "To live is Christ, to die is to gain" Don't fear dying, dying for a christian means to be with God. And don't even worry about the Illuminati, they don't pose threat to you or your salvation. You are in God's hands and whether your are lead to green pastures or to the valleys he only has his best intentions. Trust him and his word will bring you hope.
