Question: How do i get relief from unwanted stress or tension?
I am 12th std science student and these days having lots of pressure.It is making me difficult to survive.Life has become hell.Please give some easy steps.

Well, yes, it's an exercise, but a stress relief exercise that I use nearly every day of the year and is of absolute ginormous benefit!
It's called Shaking and Breathing.
I'll give you the videos of instructions below, but first I'd like to describe the main easy features:
- Standing, you shake out your body, letting go all of your limbs as loose as possible while breathing as freely as possible.
- Imagine you're dislodging the stress/tension from your body via the trembling (you actually are) and breathing it out .

Exersice really is the very best thing. You may not feel better right after the first time, but getting a routine several days a week would be a great idea. Even just a quiet walk would be ok, but I bet a nice invigorating run with your favorite music on the headphones would be even better.

Good nutrition & getting the right amount of rest is important (I know, easier said than done).

Try taking just 3 minutes EVERY day to sit totally still, as quiet as possible - no music or TV, and just focus on slow, deep breaths.

And take the time to do things you enjoy..... Speaking of which, to answer your question from yesterday: there are some really fun toys and topical stimulants you might enjoy!
