First, I want to tell you that I am really sorry that you are struggling, anxiety is miserable and I wish nobody had to deal with it. I have anxiety and was diagnosed when I was in the seventh grade, so I was about thirteen years old. It was really bad at first, and I had a really terrible time dealing with it for the first few years. It got so bad that I dreaded doing anything. I didn't want to go to school (but I obviously had to), I didn't want to hang out with my friends, and I didn't want to do anything really because I was scared of being vulnerable in situation where I might get anxiety and panic attacks and being fearful that I would feel out of control. I am now twenty years old and I have come so so far from the thirteen year old with sever anxiety back in seventh grade. Some of the most important things you need to know are: 1. You are stronger than your anxiety, even though it all feels real, it is created by the brain, therefore you are actually stronger than it and you can overcome it. 2. When you start to get really nervous or have a panic attack, your heart will start pounding and it will seem harder to breathe, but don't let yourself get so caught up in it that you freak out. Remember that you can breathe, and that you will be fine. 3. Learn deep breathing exercises. 4. You will not die. You are young. 5. When we get caught up in our anxiety, we waste time in our lives because we are so scared about the "What-Ifs" of the future that we forget to truly live in and enjoy the present.

There is A LOT MORE I can help you out with and explain, but I shouldn't take up too much space, feel free to email me if you ever need help, advice, or just need someone to talk to when you are anxious.

It appears as if you have generalised anxiety disorder. You must see your local gp or book an appointment with a psychologist as they have the tools and the knowledge in order to help you. And the best way to get over your fears... face them. If you see a psychologist he/she will explain to you the proper techniques involved. One last thought, you can get over anxiety, but you must be proactive in order to do so, so make it a goal to book an appointment with a doctor within the next two weeks, and stick to it. That will be your first time facing your fears, and a real confidence booster. Once you see the doctor, your life will change for the better, all be it gradually.

You have to find out what relaxes you. I find going for a walk or having a cup of tea to be relaxing so when i get stressed out I like to do that. In exam times I never do enough work and that's what makes me anxious so starting the work or even just making a plan can be such a relief. So yea, be sure you not only recognize what makes you stressed and put plans towards those but also find somethings that you can do to relax after you've got your plan done.

Also : Be sure to talk to someone you know about it, like a good friend or family member. If none of those will work then a school counselor would be more than happy to hear you out, it's their job and they love doing it.

It happens sometimes. You need to control your mind. Do not worry! Just stay relaxed. Close your eyes and do meditation. Relax your body. Tension free your worries and try to look deep in the mind. Leave everything and take a deep breath and slowly leave it. do this for 20 mins atleast daily 2 times. Preferably early in the morning and in the evening. You may feel better and the anxiety levels may reduce.

Stop thinking about YOU, and replace the thought by someone else. Try to understand, to learn about, to put yourself in the other person's shoes, etc That will help you much.
