can people hear my thoughts?!

Question: Can people hear my thoughts?
I can't understand this myself, so I appreciate it will be difficult for anyone else to fully understand. I have trouble with visions of death happening every day and i'm on a waiting list to see a specialist at the hospital. But I think people can hear my thoughts as they seem to react to them. Is it possible for people to hear my thoughts? I can't imagine any other explanation for it. If you have any ideas, please mention them. Thanks.

Answers:

Many times when you have a negative thought this will produce itself physically in facial gestures or non verbal behavior. This is a very powerful communication that many times people will underestimate. They may be reacting to your nonverbal behavior.

As far as your paranoia, if there is no root cause such as chronic marijuana use or other drugs. You should see a behavioral therapist or psychiatrist. They can help.

No one can hear your thoughts.
No one.
This is a delusion that you are suffering with and I understand that it is very real to you. Once you are seen by the specialist you may be put on medication that will help to control this delusion and calm the voices that you hear and eventually these thoughts will be gone, too.

I wish you all the best.
Stay well. Stay on your medication.

They can't. I've often wondered that, but it's because when you think about strange things it often shows in your face, you look detached and a bit strange, so people just think you are thinking strange thoughts, but really don't know what they might be.

No people can't read your thoughts. if people could read others thoughts we all be locked up

i suffer from social phobia and worry a lot about what people think of me, but one thing i know is that
they can't read what i really think of them.

People can't hear your thoughts but they can actually SEE them. I mean, they can see what you are thinking by watching your facial expression change. You can't always control your body language...

No, 100% no way can other people hear your thoughts.

I can hear yours right now.
