Ringing in your ears can be caused from lots of things. Ususally not serious but wouldn't hurt to get it checked out. Ususally is water build up especially if you have allergies or have had a cold. Could also be and infection if you have a fever. Could be wax buildup too.

I've had this my whole life, too, and was diagnosed with tinnitus. Does you go " deaf" while the sound occurs?

You DO need to get this checked. Tinnitus can occur with hearing loss. ( Mine did.)

Avoid asprin if possible. Avoid loud noises like earphones....I mean that.

Tell your school nurse or your parents.

Do you take a lot of aspirin? This can cause what you are describing. Also there is a condition called
tinnitus that can cause a high pitch ringing. The cause of your problem can only be determined by an exam by a medical professional.

Hi, this sounds as though it could be a symptom of tinnitus, I get it too and it's not been anything to worry about so far. There's not much you can do.

tinnitus i would imagine
do you get any other symptoms
or are you on medication at all
talk to your dr
best wishes
