Like I'm walking slow motion & the worlds spinning.
As if I'm in a tunnel pushing thru jello.
The physical pain drives me down emotionally.
The tiredness drives me insane.
I can't move, think or do anuthing.
I feel frozen.
I think I'm depressed..
Has anyone felt this way.

Yes! Everything seems surreal! If its effecting you a lot, that is its stopping you from living your Everyday life. Maybe go see your doctor Nd get referred to a psychologist, just to make sure everything is ok! Good luck :)
Feeling depressed links to many reasons. If you have ever had a experience that haunts your memory it is best to either talk to a friend, or theosophist. Good luck feeling happier in the future, I hope your day brightens :)
you should look up Depersonalization/Derealization.
Yes I have felt like that. It could be from that, or major depression.

You're not under the influence of drugs are you? If not then you could be depressed and therefore you need to see a counsellor or psychologists
