Issues sleeping and eating.?!


Question: Issues sleeping and eating.?
Lately I have been having major issues sleeping. I've always had such issues, but as of late they have increased. I will find myself at times laying there for four to five hours on end and NOTHING! No matter how hard I try. At times I will have to be absolutely exhausted and just pass out to sleep. Other times I will stay up for extended periods of times so I can actually fall asleep. It's like when I want to sleep I can't. I don't particularly car for sleep, which I'll admit has something to do with it. But there has to be more to it than that.
Another issue I have aquired within the last year is weight loss. I've lost 40lbs. without even trying. Granted, at times I will go two days or so without eating, but other timed I eat excessively, or normally.
I really don't understand it, what's wrong with me?

When you don't eat correctly if effects your brain and with that comes insomnia.

Nourish yourself better and you will see your sleep improve.

problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. get the a1c test.
