if this is a persistent problem with you then you may be suffering from paranoia although no one here can diagnose you
talk to your dr especially if you are paranoid about other aspects of your life or have any other symptoms

Well, no, not really. What it did occur to me just a few days ago was to speak with some1 on a certain subject concerning a person, and just a minute after asked on messenger by that very person about the very same subject. Weird, huh?
