Why does this happens?!

Question: Why does this happens?
This only occur a few time throughout my life. When i'm walking all of sudden I loose logic/rationality. Where I"m going, Not really focus. That happened after i've gotten anxiety. I freeze up and and can't function properly. BUT, that was before I left to go walk to the bus stop. Another thing, idk if people can tell or not. I looked normal but i WASN'T THERE. The first thing I thought was alltimers but I'm TOO YOUNG. I'm only in my 20s. I'm very level headed usually and more sane than others at times. I don't understand. I guess it can be stress to my brain? I also have my period hormones: and usually that is the result some of my "brain" symptoms. I can't stand it. One minute i'm okay and then the next I feel dehydrated, without much conscious. Can't think clearly, almost lost. IT's scary. Please tell me what this may be?

Today, I was wondering why was I an introverted growing up. I just turned extroverted this Year. Full extroverted and independent. I guess that could be one reason, My brain gets confused. Indecisviness. I hadn't ate anything but drink some coffee that morning. Lack of vitamins to the brain could be it. Who knows.

Answers:

Food does really affect how you function. Your brain needs energy and you get that energy when your brain cells respire. This is what happens during respiration:
Glucose + Oxygen --> Carbon dioxide + water
To provide the glucose, you need a healthy diet. You should try to eat a decent breakfast as this gets you going in the morning,
Try to exercise regularly so that you get the oxygen required is circulated around your body and to your brain.
Also, see your GP as you may be suffering from anxiety.

It could be a form of dissociation, this can come in various shapes and forms.

It might be worth looking for some emotional support, I know a good place where you can talk on a forum and you can have 1-1 with advocates who are experienced in mental health.

have a look it might help.

Try to get some regularity in your day, regular meals, go to bed at the same time every night, and so on.

If it doesn't help try finding a doctor.
