Inpatient treatment for compulsive eating/ binge eating disorder?!

Question: Inpatient treatment for compulsive eating/ binge eating disorder?
I'm 15 and I just can't stop eating. I'm at a weight which would shock most people. I'm constantly getting palpitations and I just can't stop. I hate myself for it. I've had this ED for 3 years and I know it's emotionally deep-rooted. I've tried every diet under the son, weight loss pills and nothing has helped.
If I ask for inpatient treatment, will I get it? My mum and dad agree that I need it.
Live in the UK and would ask the NHS.

Answers:

I don't live in the UK so I don't know what You can do to get help there. But I say ask any and everybody you can think of to get the inpatient treatment it will make a big difference for you.I know the pills won't work because even if you do lose it and stop taking them the eating disorder will come back and you regain the weight which is not good either. But try any and all resources you can and ask everyone for inpatient care.

have you tried counselling? or over eaters anonymous? you may not necessarily need inpatient. speak to your family dr.

do you have anxiety/depression? when you say you are obese, what does this mean? i am as well, but some think i am small, so it is all relative.
