Sometimes just knowing what is happening helps immensely, so I hope this is some way helps you! I too have had times when it seemed no matter how much I breathed in air that somehow I was not getting enough oxygen and I seriously thought I would pass out. I also got the headaches and also did the juice routine lol! Turns out in my case this is a form of hyperventilating and from what you wrote it sounds like a good bet you are experiancing the same thing. The next time the panic sets in that your not getting enough air, try to reassure yourself that you are indeed getting enough air but that you are simply hyperventilating. You might try the old breathing in the paper bag trick and see if it helps. I have never tried it as I never have understood the principle of doing it but I do believe the next time I run into this problem I will sure give it a try so I can calm down and feel normal.
The definition of hyperventilation is: a condition characterized by abnormally prolonged and rapid breathing, resulting in decreased carbon dioxide levels and increased oxygen levels that produce faintness, tingling of the fingers and toes, and, if continued, alkalosis and loss of consciousness.
I just googled and read up on the reason they have people who are hyperventilating breath into a paper bag and it was an eye opener! I will post the links at bottom.'
Prayers and VGL2U!

I have an anxiety problem too. I know, it's hard to breathe when you're nervous. It must be even worse when you have allergies. If you feel comfortable, you should tell your worries to your parents or people you can truly trust. Or, you can try to get to the doctor again and express your concern. Maybe hearing comforting words from your doctor will soothe your fears. Don't try to stay up all night. That will make you exhausted, sick, and moody. Listen to soothing music that will help you sleep or read. I know reading takes my mind off of things and it makes me really sleepy.
